Our $99 Membership includes: One Free Service per Month $10 unit for Botox any day 15% off one syringe of Filler 20% off one service 25% one Product *All offerings are available once per month. The complimentary monthly service is preselected. Minimum 3 month requirement. 30 day cancellation notice provided in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of appointments must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled date or service fees will be charged to patient. All means available will be used to collect for unpaid services and balances owed. For those patients, applicable co-payments and deductibles will be collected. We accept payment in the form of cash or credit card.
