A medical spa blends the relaxing environment of a spa with advanced medical treatments. At Atlanta MediSpa, we offer cosmetic injectables, skin tightening, Ellacor, Agnes RF, Bellafill body enhancement, laser treatments, facials, and surgical consultations—all overseen by a physician.

Where are you located?
We have two convenient locations:

• East Cobb/Marietta MediSpa – Our flagship location.

• Buckhead MediSpa – A centrally located Atlanta office with extended hours.

Cosmetic Injectables

How long does Botox last?
Results typically last 3–4 months, depending on your metabolism and treatment area.

What’s the difference between Botox and dermal fillers?

• Botox® smooths wrinkles by relaxing muscles.

• Fillers add or restore volume to enhance contours and smooth deeper folds.

Ellacor® Micro-Coring

What is Ellacor?
Ellacor® is a groundbreaking, non-surgical skin tightening treatment that removes tiny micro-cores of skin to improve wrinkles and skin laxity—especially in the mid and lower face.

Is there downtime?
Most patients experience 3–7 days of social downtime, with much quicker recovery compared to surgery.

Agnes RF

What is Agnes RF?
Agnes RF is a precision radiofrequency microneedling treatment designed to contour delicate areas such as the under eyes, jawline, double chin, and acne-prone skin.

How does it differ from traditional RF microneedling?
Agnes RF uses specialized insulated needles to precisely treat fat pads and skin laxity—for example, under-eye bags or festoons.

Body Enhancement with Bellafill®

What is Bellafill body enhancement?
Bellafill® is a long-lasting collagen-stimulating filler that can be used for body contouring, including male girth enhancement. By adding volume and stimulating your body’s natural collagen production, Bellafill provides both immediate and long-term improvements.

How long does Bellafill last?
Unlike temporary fillers, Bellafill can last up to 5 years or longer, making it one of the most durable injectable options available.

Is Bellafill girth enhancement safe?
Yes—when performed by trained medical providers. At Atlanta MediSpa, our treatments are performed under physician supervision, ensuring safety, precision, and natural-looking results.

What is recovery like?
Most patients resume normal activities right away. Mild swelling or tenderness may occur but typically resolves quickly.
