Dermal fillers
My name is Alexa Young
Restore volume, balance, and natural facial contour with our premium dermal filler treatments. We offer a wide range of hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers, allowing us to fully customize each treatment based on your unique anatomy, skin quality, and aesthetic goals.

Dermal fillers are designed to restore age-related volume loss, enhance facial structure, and soften areas of hollowing or static lines. Hyaluronic acid fillers work by attracting and binding water within the skin, which helps improve hydration, smoothness, and volume almost immediately. These fillers are commonly used to enhance the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, under-eye hollows (tear troughs), and nasolabial folds. Depending on the product selected, results can range from soft and subtle refinement to more defined structural support. HA fillers are also reversible, which allows for a high level of precision and safety in treatment planning.

We utilize a variety of advanced filler formulations with different consistencies and lifting capabilities. Softer gels are typically used in delicate areas such as the lips or under-eyes, where smooth integration and natural movement are essential. More robust, structural fillers are used for areas like the cheeks, chin, and jawline where lift, contour, and definition are the primary goals. This tailored approach allows us to create balanced, natural-looking enhancement without overcorrection or heaviness.

Biostimulators
In addition to traditional dermal fillers, we offer biostimulatory injectables designed to gradually improve skin quality over time by stimulating your body’s own collagen production. These treatments do not simply replace lost volume, they help rebuild the underlying support structure of the skin for longer-lasting rejuvenation.

Biostimulators such as poly-L-lactic acid (commonly known as Sculptra) work by encouraging collagen regeneration in areas of volume loss, resulting in gradual improvement in facial fullness, firmness, and skin texture over several months. Calcium-based biostimulators (such as Radiesse when used in hyperdilute form) can also be used not only for structural support but to improve skin quality in areas such as the lower face, neck, and décolletage. These treatments are especially beneficial for patients looking for natural, progressive results rather than immediate volume alone.

Our treatment philosophy is centered on “less is more,” using precise, conservative techniques to enhance your natural features while maintaining facial harmony and expression. We carefully assess facial proportions, symmetry, and aging patterns to determine where subtle restoration will have the most impactful yet natural-looking results.
